Sugar causes arthritis and joint decay.  Let’s look at the facts for a second.  As you look at humans through history, ask yourself this important question.  Is life getting easier or harder?  If you recall, our oldest ancestors were hunters and gatherers.  This was very hard work.  In fact, our genetic makeup is meant for this lifestyle.  However, then our ancestors moved on to agriculture.  This too, was hard work.  Afterwards the industrial revolution hit.  As a result, we went from working in the fields to working in a factory.  Lastly, the “technological revolution” hit.  In fact, we’re in the middle of the technological revolution right now.  Hence, we sit behind a desk all day long.

On the other hand, arthritis is on the rise in America, according to the CDC.  Sadly, arthritis now develops at an early age.  So, let’s follow the logic for a second.  Arthritis is on the rise, and younger people develop it, yet our physical demands decrease with each generation.  Does that make sense?  Of course not.  As a result, there must be another culprit.
