The keys to health

…As a result, when it comes to health and wellness, we tend to have this unrealistic expectation of an instant solution.  Unfortunately, it never works that way.  I can, however, give you simple formula for wellness.  Before I do, however, I need warn you.  While the formula is simple, it’s implementation can be challenging.  So why am I willing to give up this information so easily?  Simply stated, there are two reasons.  The first is that I sincerely want to arm you and your family with the knowledge that can help keep your family happy, healthy and active for a long time to come.  Secondly, while the formula is simple, the implementation may require help.  And I am ready, willing and able to help you if you need it.  Are you ready for the formula?

The Formula, “The Keys to Health”

As promised, here it is.  Actually, this way of looking at it comes from a mentor of mine, James Chestnut, D.C..  All you have to do is look at the ways you eat move and think.  Then simply ask your self these two (or four) vital questions.  How do you eat think and move in ways that are sufficient and pure?  Conversely, how do you eat think and move in ways that are deficient and/or toxic?  In fact, just about any health related issue can be explained as a failure in one of those areas.

Toxicity & Deficiency…

Let’s explain it.  When you’re toxic in something, that means that you have too much of something.  Either you got a little bit of something that is very harmful, or too much of something that, in moderation, might actually be good for you.  With the example of diet, many drugs have toxins in them.  Additionally, there are many foods on the shelves in your grocery store that you should not eat at all.

On the flip side, fats, for example, are not only healthy, but they are necessary for healthy brain function and energy.  However, I’m sure you all know what happens when you  eat too much.  Certain motions are harmless, until we do them over and over again day after day.  Things like sitting behind a computer, and moving the mouse.  And yes, thoughts can be toxic too.  Too many negative thoughts can not only cause emotional problems but nutritional and physical problems as well.

Meanwhile, I think deficiency is much easier to explain.  It simply means you don’t have enough of something that you need to maintain health and wellness.  These include positive thoughts, the right nutrients, and getting enough physical activity.

Sufficiency & Purity

Both purity and sufficiency are also relatively easy to explain.  Sufficiency simply means that you get enough of the things you need to get and stay healthy.  From a nutritional standpoint, it means you are getting all of the vital nutrients you need.  When delving into the physical realm, it means you’re getting enough movement, i.e. exercise.  as far as thoughts are concerned, it means you are  thinking in a positive manner, and staying away from negativity.  In fact, you are keeping your mind focused on the unshakable fundamental values of universal love and forgiveness of self and others.

When it comes to purity and diet, ask yourself this.  Not only are the foods you’re eating rich in necessary nutrients, but are the free of toxins?  If you’re exercising, when you’re doing a certain exercise are the moves pure.  That is, are you isolating the right muscle group without  any excess motions?  These excess motions can lead to a lack of results, or even worse, injury.  As far as mind set is concerned with every thought and action do you truly have your core values in mind in a way that is not clouded by alternative motives?

How can Enzymes Help?

So how in the world can enzymes help eliminate toxicity and deficiency?  Furthermore, how can they promote sufficiency and purity?  What in the world to enzymes have to do with the keys to health?  Of course there’s only so much enzymes can do but I’ll delve into that now.  It’s important to remember that enzymes are required for every chemical reaction in your body.  In fact enzymes perform two vital functions.  Digestive enzymes make sure you can digest and absorb vital nutrients from your food.  Meanwhile, internal enzymes ensure your body uses those vital nutrients properly where they’re needed most.  As a result, whenever I work with a patient I require them to make dietary changes.  If you don’t give these valuable enzymes food that is sufficient and pure, how well do you think they can use the fuel you put in your body?  Additionally your liver, kidneys, colon, and skin require enzymes to support healthy elimination of toxins.

But how can enzymes help in the physical realm?  I’m so glad you asked.  When you exercise, you are cause a controlled micro injury to the muscles that you’re working.  The right enzymes help your body repair that muscle tissue and build more muscle properly.  Additionally, what if you don’t have the energy to exercise, or what if you have chronic pain or an injury that prevents you from exercising?  The right enzymes can help your body deal with pain properly,  In fact, the right enzymes can support healthy injury recovery or even support healthy energy levels.

 Enzymes & Thinking Well

Ok, I get it doc, but there’s no way enzymes can help me with positive thinking right?  I mean, come on doc!  I bet that’s what you’re thinking.  Well, let’s look at it this way.  Different parts of your brain make different chemicals that regulate your mood.   In fact most of those chemicals are made from proteins and/or fats.  So can you guess what your what your body needs to take those proteins and fats and turn them into chemicals that can help keep you happy and positive?  That’s right, you guessed it, Enzymes.
