Since I’ve started this blog, I have been getting many questions about how Enzyme nutrition works to promote a healthy functioning body.  So, here it is.  Enzyme nutrition works in three main phases.  In the following paragraphs, I will outline each one.  Furthermore, it is important to note that these phases can work in tandem or in sequence. Which is best for a patient?  That would depend on several factors.  First of all their age plays a big part in determining sequencing.  Additionally, some patients don’t need every phase addressed.  Next the severity of the problem also plays a key role, as does the length of time the problem has been there.  Here are the phases.

A Scientific Approach…

Phase one: Addressing dietary inadequacy.  It is vitally important to make sure the patient is getting the right balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and cellulase.  Of course, this may differ from patient to patient.  The goal is to teach the patient how to eat to their own genetic strengths.  We follow this by addressing digestive inadequacies.  In this case, specific herbal enzymes are recommended to help vital nutrients get past an incompetent digestive system.  Last but certainly not least, to provide support for healthy bowel elimination.  We do this to effectively rid the body of toxins.  If toxins build up in the bowel, it can create a serious condition called bowel toxicity.  If this ailment persists, it can lead to constipation, gang green and greatly increases the risk of breast and colon cancers.  Next, on to phase two…

Phase two:  Detoxification.  This phase is designed to promote healthy function of stressed immune system organs, and organs of filtration.  Enzymes and dietary changes are recommended to support healthy function of the small intestine, liver, spleen, kidneys, skin, bone marrow and thymus.  As a result, fewer toxins will be in our system, and we’ve provided much needed support to our immune system for a stronger defense.  Finally, let’s go on to phase three.

Phase three:  Support for healthy function of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) & endocrine systems.  Keeping  these systems in balance is essential for maintaining healthy chemical balance, body temperature, mood, metabolism, healthy weight, a healthy reproductive system and much much more.  In fact, the ANS requires specific minerals so that our body can respond to its commands.  Furthermore, the organs of the endocrine system require specific nutrition to maintain healthy function.  This is where Enzymes can play an important role to promote provide vital nutrition for the ANS and organs of the endocrine system.  This, in turn promotes healthy function of the ANS and the endocrine systems.

How can we Help?

Are you’re sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?  Do you want to restore your health safely, naturally and effectively?  If so, you can contact us one of several ways to set up a consultation. You can reach us on the web, stop by our office in Redmond, WA, or call us at 425-868-0120. Then I will personally sit down with you and talk about your suffering and how it affects your life. I will even do some preliminary testing as well as Bio Impedance Analysis (BIA). In fact did you know that both NASA and Cancer Treatment Centers of America rely on BIA? These tests help me determine if you are a good candidate for care. If you’re not, we’ll make every effort to provide the proper referral.
