Adrenal Fatigue and Exercise
Is Adrenal Fatigue and Exercise a good combo?

Adrenal Fatigue and Exercise.  If you’ve been reading my blog for some time, you know that most Americans like yourself live under chronic stress.   In fact according to the American Psychological Association 75 percent of Americans experience high levels of stress. They also feel the amount of stress is unhealthy, and are worried there is no solution.

Chronic stress can degrade just about every aspect of your health.  In fact it can lead to heart disease, cancer, stroke, osteoporosis, obesity and type 2 diabetes just to name a few.  Over the long term stress can lead to adrenal burn out. This burn out has been at the forefront of the news over the last several years.

Should I Exercise if I have Adrenal Fatigue?

Under normal conditions, exercise can be a great way to exercise the adrenal system.  Why?  Because exercise basically mimics proper use of a healthy adrenal system.  But what if you suffer from adrenal fatigue?  If your adrenals are burning out should you stress them even more with exercise?  The answer is yes.  However you need to be careful about how you do it.  First of all don’t overdo it.  In cases like this moderate exercise will yield much better results than intense exercise.  Brisk walking, biking swimming or lifting are great activities for these situations.  Some activities like yoga and tai chi may even help reduce your stress levels.

Nutrition and Healthy Adrenal Function

At the same time if you suffer from adrenal fatigue it is important to provide your body with enzymes.   In fact the right enzymes can support healthy adrenal function which may improve your ability to exercise.

Do you suffer from adrenal fatigue?  Would you like more energy?  If so, you can contact us one of several ways to set up a consultation. You can reach us on the web, stop by our office in Redmond, WA, or call us at 425-868-0120. Then I will personally sit down with you and talk about your suffering and how it affects your life. I will even do some preliminary testing as well as Bio Impedance Analysis (BIA). In fact did you know that both NASA and Cancer Treatment Centers of America rely on BIA? These tests help me determine if you are a good candidate for care. If you’re not, we’ll make every effort to provide the proper referral.

After many years of clinical practice, Dr. Marrone has forged a remarkable career as a practitioner, educator and lecturer.  His extensive knowledge of functional enzyme nutrition has made him a much sought after practitioner.  If you are suffering from health problems that nobody seems to have the answer to, or are sick and tired of the revolving door approach of modern medicine, give Dr. Marrone a call to set up a consultation.
